We transform those words into a clear written directive and deliver it directly to the attorney. Once the communication is on paper, it cannot be brushed aside or forgotten.

The attorney remains fully in control of legal strategy, but now with a stronger, more complete foundation. With written directives in hand, attorneys are far more likely to investigate, respond, and make fairer decisions — giving defendants the chance they deserve.
