Structured Communication Services for Incarcerated Persons

We meet and confer with the incarcerated person and take their dictation regarding the matters they want communicated to counsel.

The Incarcerated Person's dictation is transcribed and professionally prepared as a written communication, then delivered to counsel for review.

Important information is easier to address when it is clearly communicated, organized, and consistently delivered.

The Incarcerated Person will have ongoing access to their Communication Specialist to follow up with prior communications and create new communications as their case progresses through its various stages up until the case resolves and they are released from county jail.

Every matter is different. Intake helps us understand the communication needs involved and how the service may be structured around the particular matter.
